At one point we end up doing a little two step together, you know it’s all good. 20 minutes later, she’s sharing the love dancing with my best mate, and he shouts to me, “Dude come over here”. I go over and he says, “Have you met ____________ (protecting her identity) she’s the buyer for ___________” (think of a really big retailer… she buys for the company bigger than them). We just look at each other and all i’m thinking is, not only has she seen me dance to ‘Pon da floor’ (which could be bad… to be fair i didn’t have enough room, it was very crowded) but even worse there is strong possibility that there was ‘pelvic movment’ between us. </p> <p>…. </p> <p>I can’t wait for the meeting next season… it won’t be awkward (optimism). I don’t know how to describe it, but it was one of those moments when you hear someone live and think ‘this is real music’. They were really nervous to the point where they played one of their new songs (also amazing) slightly wrong mid way, had to stop and start again. All that accomplished was making the entire audience just end up falling in love with them a little bit more. Huge, huge talent.
